Frequently Asked Questions

Is Margaux open for lunch?

Yes. Margaux is open from 11:30 a.m. daily, and offers a lunch menu until 4 p.m., with a special brunch offering on weekends.

How far in advance can I reserve?

Reservations open 30 days in advance at 9 a.m., and remain available until one hour before seating. After that, walk-ins are always welcome.

What is the cancellation policy?

When booking a reservation, guests are asked to agree to a cancellation policy and to keep a credit card on file for enforcement. The exact terms vary by day of the week, time of day, and party size, but in general we require 12 to 24 hours' notice; the cancellation fee, when charged, ranges from $30 to $50 per guest. Guests should review the precise terms presented at the time of booking. We regret having to charge for cancellations at all: the fee exists only to discourage no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which leave tables empty that other diners would gladly have taken, and which complicate the logistical planning that our reservation count informs.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. We are open 365 days a year, including all holidays. On rare occasions, such as severe weather events, we may close; any such closures will be announced on Instagram and Google Maps.

Is Margaux wheelchair-accessible?

Margaux is partially wheelchair-accessible: the bar and its surrounding tables are accessible directly, but the restroom requires descending a small staircase.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegetarian, gluten-free, pescetarian, and dairy-free options are noted on the menu. Vegan dishes are not listed on the regular menu but can be arranged in advance for private events. Please signal any dietary restrictions to your server on arrival.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available through GrubHub. Please note that GrubHub items are sold at a premium and do not reflect our in-house prices, which are posted on the menu. The premium helps reduce load on the kitchens that might otherwise subtract from the dining experience.

Is there a happy hour?

Yes. Margaux offers happy hour daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please consult the menu for happy hour options, which include draft beers and house wines.

Is there a dress code?

There is no defined dress code, but the room is designed for a polished dining experience.

Can Margaux host a private event?

Yes. Please see our Events page for more details.
