Margaux by La Sirène
Margaux by La Sirène is the polished Madison Avenue expression of the group, composed around a quieter room, sharper service, and a more refined table. The latest in the family, this restaurant opened in 2025, keeping Chef Didier's same artisanal core menu, with some expansions and rotating plats du jour to offer a broader taste of the French repertoire.
Margaux also boasts Chef Didier's first-ever cocktail bar. The bar is adjacent to the Grand Salon and offers a rotating selection of craft cocktails (see the menu below), as well as bespoke cocktails whipped up à la minute for you by our mixologists.
